    • Other cases permitted by applicable Nepali law.

    When a user requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the identity of the requestor, in line with the Privacy Act 2018 (Nepal).

    We may review and update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or changes in law. Any revisions will be posted on our website, and will be effective from the date of publication.
