Personal information" refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific person, such as name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, or other identifiers, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2018 (2075) of Nepal.

• Notifying job applicants of interview schedules, recruitment results, or employment procedures.
• Analyzing browsing or purchase history (if applicable) to improve services, send updates, campaigns, or relevant product information.

• Preventing misuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Use.

If we intend to use personal information beyond the stated purposes, we will obtain prior consent from the individual.

• When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, health, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult.

• When it is necessary to cooperate with government authorities in accordance with the laws of Nepal, and obtaining consent may hinder legal duties.
• When outsourcing certain operations to a third party, limited to the extent necessary for fulfilling business purposes.
• When personal information is transferred due to business succession such as a merger.
• Other cases permitted by applicable Nepali law.

Article 4 (Joint Use)

Our company will not provide or share personal information with third parties without prior consent of the individual, except in the circumstances listed in Article 3.

When a user requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the identity of the requestor, in line with the Privacy Act 2018 (Nepal).

We may review and update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or changes in law. Any revisions will be posted on our website, and will be effective from the date of publication.
